  Terrible! We won't return!
  We had a group of 9. Made a reservation, and were seated quickly unlike many others who stood at the door waiting to be seated for 30+ minutes while 1/4 of the restaurant was empty.
  Bathroom was very neglected. Terribly disgusting. There were inoperable taps and a gag reflex inducing bombed toilet that had obviously there all day/night.
  If the bathroom was that bad, I don't even want to consider the state of the kitchen.
  Once we received our food, we were even more disappointed. Poor portion sizes, poor food quality. For example, one member of our party ordered a salad ($13.00 I believe) which ended up being a bowl full of spring mix, with about 6 thin slices of apple and a teaspoon of goat's cheese. It was $3.99 to add a sliced chicken breast (pretty good value). Another member of our party ordered the filet mignon. Total disappointment. The steak was tragically overcooked, and the option to add mushrooms arrived well after the steak. I should also note that the mushrooms came in a tiny black plastic cup ( a little over a tablespoon) and were also $3.99.
  During our meal a manger was making the rounds. When he asked our table about our satisfaction we were honest and in a polite way described that we were quite underwhelmed. The manager should have just said "too bad" because there was no apology, no offer to remedy the situation and a lot of blame put on head office.
  Our waitress was friendly, but clearly overworked. We waited what seemed like forever to pay our bills When she finally did arrive with the debit machine she only stayed long enough to pass it to the first payee (as we had separate bills). A member of our party took it upon herself to ask for the debit machine password so we could continue to pass it around and pay our bills...They obliged so we cashed out ourselves...No joke!
  Overall we felt like we overpaid for the food & service we received and will never return.

  By far the worst customer service I have ever ecperienced. We were greeted by a server who told us she would not be our server, but would get us drinks. When our beer arrived there was a layer of dish soap on the top of the beer. The same server took our food order yet still assured us she wasn't our server. We had still not received our food 45 minutes after order. We asked to speak to a manager who took another 10 minutes to come to our table. When we informed her that we had been waiting that long, there was no apology. She simply said 'I'll take a look'. Our food came out and we ordered a burger. They dropped our food off and left very quick before we could even ask for ketchup. I walked over to the server station to get my own ketchup. Many servers saw me get my own ketchup and never came to see if we needed anything else. Our drinks were never refilled, the manager never came back to make sure everything was okay, and we never had a server. Someone simply just dropped our bill off before we finished eating and asked if we needed the machine. The food was wonderful, but the service is the worst i have ever experienced

  Party of 10. I can't begin to tell everyone how bad our experience was. 50 mins before we had our food. The apps came out the same time as the entrees and we're cold. Not to mention so were the mains. Waitress moved at a snails pace and staff seemed generally uninterested. Terrible experience for all 10 of us

  Wendel clark is my most favourite player of all time and quite frankly i am surprised that the place was very untidy. Odors. Bathrooms were dirty. Tape on floor. Unswept entrance. Chairs were all frayed. Real shame as food was quite good. Place was half empty on a Friday night. Come on Wendel hit the staff like youd hit McSorley.

  This is actually my first ever restaurant review, but my experience was so terrible I just have to report it. Table of 8, 4 adults and 4 kids. As soon as we sat down we asked for water for the entire table. We then ordered drinks (cocktails and pop). The water never showed up. We waited well over 30 minutes for our food to arrive after ordering (despite the restaurant being half empty). When it finally showed up one meal was wrong (my son asked for cheese on his hamburger, he did not get it), one meal was completely cold and had to be sent back, and one meal arrived more than 5 minutes after the rest. The cold meal took another 10 minutes to come back. About halfway through we asked for the water again. The waitress brought a pitcher of water and only 5 glasses (again, there was 8 of us).
  What made the experience so much worse was that the waitress had no personality whatsoever. She never smiled, never made small talk, and most importantly, never once apologized for all of the mistakes.
  As we were leaving, I watched the girl at the front turn away a party of 2, saying she couldn't seat them. The restaurant was still only half full. Makes no sense.
  Needless to say, I will never return!
