  We made reservations for 20 people for 9PM. We were there for my cousins birthday. We arrived 5 minutes before 9PM, the staff kept telling us 5-10 minutes more that there is a party in our seats and they are just wrapping up. All of sudden it became 9:30PM, I asked them how many more 5-10 minutes till we are seated? What is the point of a reservation if you are unable to accommodate us at the time we requested. We were at Dave and Busters and could have just stayed there and eat, instead we wasted time there waiting for 5-10minutes to pass which ended up being 30+minutes. We ended up just leaving. I called and spoke to the manager about the situation, he said all he can do is speak to his staff and train them better to respond to such situations. Unacceptable service.

  Our server came to see us a total of 2 times, our pizza order was messed up, he didn't come ask us if we wanted refills or dessert - it was my little brothers 12th birthday and he was pretty sad about it. When I talked to the woman who looked like the manager, she didn't offer an apology or try to make amends for the wait. Apparently our waiter had neglected us because he sat a party of 30. Poor him he's gonna get so many tips taking a party of 30 by himself. It's 2017 how are restaurants still getting away with having such poor service ?

  The service is very bad. First they forgot our appetizer and brought the main course. Once appetizer was there, they brought the wrong main course. When I asked for a veggie pizza, they tried to negotiate on giving me a Mediterranean pizza. No thank you. I want the food I asked for. The waiter did not do a good job of listening. When we asked for dessert, he brought us our bill and said goodnight to us. Umm where is our dessert we asked for ... we left very unhappy. Never coming back here again.
