  This location is horrendous... ask for something get always the wrong order. I ordered a buddy burger combo NO MUSTARD. 1 iced tea..a chicken strip combo some sweet and sour sauce...well let's just say I got 3 orders of fries.. mustard on the burger...3 strips when I paid for 5... no sweet and sour sauce...honey mustard instead. And no 2nd Ice tea. Then he charged me again for fries because the incompetent worker forgot to..but realized that the 2 order of fries were already there. Disaster. Really need someone to get in there and clean up their acts.

  I usually go to this location if I'm craving something late at night and it usually is never a problem and the staff is always nice. However last week I went with my family to take advantage of the 3.50 teen burger special and was met with such rudeness. About halfway through ordering a family member changed his mind and wanted to change his order which I quickly informed the drive thru employee. There was a bit of confusion which was understandable but then the manager (I assume) comes on the com and says he will take my order. He was especially condescending towards me saying I was confusing all of his staff. He lectured me over using the words "combo" instead preferring I say "fries and a drink" so I "don't cause more confusion". He continued to talk to me as if I was some confused child and I nearly cancelled my whole order out of disbelief of how I was being treated. I ended up getting my burger (on which there were some mistakes) and leaving. I don't usually post reviews, but I feel like this had to be said. Management here needs to learn how to respect their customers.

  Obviously none of the people working here eat burgers, or they wouldn't serve you something that is dry, overdone, and tasteless. Normally I love a and w but this location and the people working here are to be avoided. Manager or possibly owner hides everything behind the counter and charges extra wherever he can.

  The crew were quick and friendly, the place looks really clean. The food I ordered was hot and fresh and tastes amazing. It was my first visit but it won't be the last because I'm going to visit this place more often.
