  Saw that this place was poorly reviewed, but accepted an invitation anyway to meet an old friend here. Food was bad. French onion soup was toxic. Drinks warm and slow an no offer of water or to get us some more.
  
  Fidgety distracted waiter.
  
  I should have taken the poor reviews seriously. There are many great places to eat out there, you don't need to waste an hour or so here.

  Our experience began positive and then went all downhill from there. Most of the food tasted good however service was some of the poorest I've experienced at a restaurant before. The waitress left the beers for our table on the bar counter for over half an hour before delivering them to the table (warm) after we had already eaten almost our entire dinner. 2 side salads were not delivered with our meals and we had to wait for the waitress to come back about 20 mins into our meals to ask for them. When we finally received the salads, we found an insect nestled into the lettuce. Our waitress asked if she could get us a new salad which we declined to avoid more insects but she never offered to remove a charge from our bill or any way to make up for the wasted salad! A member from our party ordered a well-done steak that came extremely rare...
  We finished up dinner close to when the restaurant was closing - there was no staff in sight to ask for our bill. We likely waited about 45 minutes to finally receive the bill. Staff was catching our eye and then turning away, the bar tender had already cashed out and was sitting at a nearby table counting the cash and avoiding our eyes. Our waitress even came near us to clean some nearby tables and gave us a funny look when we asked for the bill - like did you want to be paid or not?! Needless to say I wouldn't recommend this chain to anyone.

  Tables were dirty, food was served to our group (of 6), half got theirs almost ten minutes after the rest. Portions were sad to say the least, Alfredo sauce tasted like dirt. Literally the only good thing about this restaurant is the servers' attitudes. WILL NOT eat here again.

  Great modern contemporary atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, extensive menu, and beautiful, clean restrooms. They pride themselves on fresh (never frozen) ingredients and making each meal to order. At the risk of giving the owners a reason to hike them, prices are quite reasonable too.
  
  But the food...MY WORD THE FOOD!! The beef in their burgers has more beef flavour than most premium steaks! Imagine what beef tasted like in the old days. That's what you can expect in thier burgers. I'm dying to try their steak now!
  
  A must try. I'll definitely be returning.

  Went with my kids for first time and last time !
  Ordered "PB'S famous Nachos " got a plate of dried out plain nachos with a few scraps of microwaved beef and very little of anything but plain nachos. $17.00 for a plate of plain nachos from a bag that cost no more than $2.00 ! When I asked the server to redress them and explained there was no beef to begin with, he came back with cheese on the plain nachos! I have been to lots of places that serve great nachos and sorry to say this is one of the worst. Similar to other people's reviews, we also had very long wait times before staff would come and ask us for anything else. Also a huge problem with fruit flies, so much that we asked to move our table in the middle of eating our dinner because we were being attacked by the fruit flies! Eat there at own your own risk.
