  They seem to have a hard time getting a simple coffee order right, let alone a meal! After getting my coffee order wrong for the fourth time in 1 week I finally had enough and called to complain only to be told, "are you sure? Well sorry about that!" If they were really that sorry they should have at least offered a couple of coffees gratis! I'm not looking for a few free meals but a couple of coffees? C"mon!!!

  Slowest service ever! I went here with my family on a Saturday afternoon to get a quick snack before our drive home to Mississauga. I know it was the weekend and I know it's close to Canada's Wonderland, but the lineup inside and for drive-thru were the absolute worst! It's like the kids working here did not care and clearly management wasn't prepared for such an influx of customers. It's the weekend for G@d's sake - they should properly staff their restaurant, and with employees who care. A job is a job - do it right or quit.

  Staff is terrible, they seem lost and panicky all the time; they require constant supervision by the customer to get an order out. A better class of employee would be nice, one woman making the burgers wiped a gob of mayonaise off her index finger on the inside rim of the garbage can, noticed I saw her and kept making burgers. Self serve kiosks are consistently covered in fingerprints, spit and mucus from what I assume are from the student body of a near by highschool.

  Food is just ok like others. I am happy that it's there near my house. Only problem is that it's not 24 hours I got shocked. I walk there to grab some burger at late night but it's closed. I should just check time before I go.// their icecream is all melted and really not good. And there is so many high school kids that loud and sit there even though they bought nothing from mc. Ordering machine doesnt give recipt most of time so i always have to ask the front again to know my order number. I dont even know why they put ordering machine that doesnt really work and take up space
