  Today I went into this store to get drinks for my co-workers. There was a gentleman behind me who ordered drinks, and told the cashier that he didn't have his points card. He assumed the cashier did not hear him, so he repeated himself. The OWNER of the franchise then stepped in and said "Jesus Christ sir, she will @$%@@ do it for you after. Ugh, you're so impatient".... Very blown away at the owners tone, body language, and choice of words. I will never return.

  So glad they have a cha time in Vaughan now. Staff are generally really nice. The place is narrow and doesn't have too many seats, not ideal for large groups. Can get pretty packed. Line for ordering goes further into the place not towards the door. Get the points card too if you're gonna be a regular, get a 100 for an elite black card with your name on it :)

  Really friendly staff! Would recommend trying one of their Signature Milk Teas! Their rewards program is worth signing up for!
