  I definitely agree with multiple people. If you are not a regular customer, they couldn't care less. Stuck up 2nd or 3rd generation Italians. I'm embarrassed for them. Had two businessmen beside my table who were ordering the house and probably eat there 4 times a week, were treated like Kings. Waited forever to be served and we were right beside them!!! The food was very good but I was taught customer service is everything, but these clowns couldn't care less. I could excuse the fact if they were young, but these jokers were older men. Free tip, get over yourselves and get real jobs who care about people. Never again and I warn people don't bother going there and save your hard earned money. Marcello's is very good and half the price, heck Vinnie Zucchini's would be better.

  I really have to start reading reviews before going to all restaurants. Reviews for this place are totally accurate. Staff not very attentive to new customers. They seem to have their regular following and that is all they care about. We waited way too long for service and it took too long to get the food. Parking situation is a nightmare. Can't park near the restaurant, they don't have parking , only VIP get good spots. The food was not worth the ajitation it took to come here.
